Very clean, nice friendly staff, wide selection of different size washers, great dryers - doesn’t take long to dry. This is a busy locations, so it needs more seating, but other than that, it’s fantastic.
Seems like a really great place, they have a wide range of sizes and plenty of machines. Be sure not to use them in the last hour of the night though. I use the one on fourth plain. They close at 10, and they have a sign on the front door that says “last load 8:45” well I get off work at 730. That gives me plenty of time to do my laundry, but it does cut it close. I’m usually done by 945. The last two times I have come to switch my load to the drier around 9pm, and their dryers take 25 minutes tops, that leaves me plenty of time. But for some reason the employee feels the need to hound me about my time. “Oh I thought you weren’t showing back up. Hey if you aren’t here by 9:55 I will be putting your clothes in a bag and you’ll have to get them tomorrow” Well. I pulled up to the front of the building at 9:50. To see him already loading my clothes into a bag. I was annoyed. I understand what time you close. If you don’t want people using your business in the final hour, don’t allow them in (actually I have noticed after 830 the doors seem to be locked and he needs to let me in). I have limited time to do my laundry, I don’t need him on my back while I do it. I was out the door before 955. And definitely before 10. I didn’t hold anyone up. I easily spend 40 dollars a week at your laundromat. But after tonight I have definitely decided to give my time and money to another business.
