Most excellent! I had an old Ampex cassette tape that would not play on our Slimline. Tom offered to try to restore it, no guarantee. He called after successfully recovering 99.9% of the audio. It is amazing to hear my grampy's voice in over 3 decades! Don't walk, run to Tom and be sure to have lunch at the Vancouver boardwalk.
I highly recommend this company if you have any media work that needs to be completed! I reached out a few weeks ago to have an old vhs and camcorder tapes digitized. These tapes were easily over three decades old. The quality of work is mind blowing and the pricing is more than reasonable!! I will be using them again for some more work!
