The owner, Marilyn, and her incredible team are always so welcoming and wonderful! Their energy always helps me instantly relax and they are always providing recommendations to improve my experience! Today, when using the lovely infrared sauna, I tried the Halo salt therapy for the first time at Marilyn's recommendation, and I loved it! I floated while visiting from out of town, and I was really impressed with the facilities! The pods are huge -- bigger than the ones at my float place back home -- and I liked the option to configure music the way I wanted during the float. Sarah was working the front desk and she was very welcoming and helpful. I'll come back when I visit again!
They were very pleasant and helpful. I was in the infra-red sauna for 40 minutes and it was a bit much. I looked it up on the internet and 30 minutes is the recommended amount. But that's not a big deal. I'll definitely try it again.
