This company has customer service that goes above and beyond. I had them initially install my water softener. I then had them come back and install a hot water tap and a reverse osmosis water filtration system. I recommend this company for any of your water needs.
I noticed my water softener was constantly running. I called United and was told someone would call me back. Aaron called back very quickly. He walked me through putting my system on bypass, which was not an easy task, until someone could come out.
An appointment was scheduled for today. Joey and Jordan showed up. They explained what was wrong with the water softener as well as the cost involved. I actually considered just not using the system anymore but after testing my water and talking to them I decided to go ahead with the repair. I got quotes from many companies before going with United Water & Air. Their prices are comparable with other companies but their equipment and costumer service is way better. Really happy we went with them. Our water feels and smells great, no longer self conscious about it! My neighbors who went with other companies can still smell their water but we feel line were on city water, it's great!
