I've been going here for a few years and have great experiences up until now, hence 3 stars. I tried a different stylist because I wanted to get in and the one who did my hair last wasn't on the schedule. I asked for highlights to help blend my grey hairs and make my hair look more even. I got this done months ago and was super happy with it and was expecting similiar results even though I changed the shade slightly. Just a cut. She was fast, professional and nice. She has cut my hair several times before and I prefer her... Although, I don't always get the same stylist and not to take away from the other girls who are just as skilled and nice.
