I loved Donna! I called in tears after another stylist at a different location spent less than 5 minutes with me, buzzed the ends of my hair and called it a day leaving me with an uneven cut and just feeling sad that my treat for myself of a haircut after more than a year had been ruined. Donna told me “Girl, I got you!” on the phone and she kept her promise — my hair looks cute and has good shape and volume, the ends are even and healthy again and it is so much lighter. I felt like she actually cared whether I left feeling good about myself. I stopped in today to get a haircut. Sarah was courteous and friendly, and she did a great job. I appreciated her gentleness - her clippers were well cared for and didn’t pull at all. Beautiful pixie.
