I was going to give 5 stars. My son had a phenomenal 1st cut by Asuni? I can't remember her name exactly. Then my husband returned, my son ended up with choppy marks not blended. I was almost teary-eyed. I was so impressed with first cut. I would only go back to the first person.Update: I have been contacted to fix this.
I had a haircut that I was not happy with. I made a phone call. Monica answered and had me come in. She fixed my haircut. It looks great. She gave me a wash just to make sure nothing popped up. She treated me like a valued customer. Fantastic customer service, attitude and vibe from Monica!
Excellent experience with Kayla today! Verified the cut I wanted, which was slightly different from my saved cut, and executed it perfectly! Also gave me a slightly new style and recommended product to use at home.
