I’m glad I found these guys last night. I have a report due on Monday and my computer crashed. Tony was the guy working last night and he was able to log into the computer and get my report back, except for the last page!! I had a virus on the machine that locked everything up and made it appear to be all kinds of jumbled characters. I’m glad they were able to help and I would definitely use them in the future. It was a little on the expensive but I did get a virus protection software to replace Mcafee which was not working very well at all and was the entire reason I had to call these guys. These guys saved me when I was in a bind. I had to get my machine upgraded from windows 7 because Microsoft is not supporting it anymore. I had to make sure all my stuff worked before I switched. Justin was able to log into my machine get the backups done, saved all my music and pictures, they mailed my disks to me, and then do the upgrade. It was relatively painless. Little expensive, but all technology support is these days. Id much rather have someone qualified and get it done right than screw up my computer like the last guys did. THANK YOU JUSTIN! I heard about this company from a complaint about another co. I had used in the past and saw they were being sued by the Federal Government. Another person said they had used Secure Remote Services and was very happy that they had solved a difficult problen. I saw they recieved a BBB A + rating. I thought it was a good idea to try them because my computer was in such bad shape I was ready to just throw it away and start all over again. I figured before I did that I would talk to them and get a feel for what they were all about before I paid for anything.
