This salon is incredible!!! I’ve never been so genuinely cared for or listened to at a salon-their care for their clients is unmatched! I started coming in about a year ago. My hair, I was in tears-convinced it was unsalvageable! I met with Krystal that day. We started the appointment with some calming aroma therapy and a massage designed to release tension. I began to feel better, but was nervous about what the outcome would be with my hair. Krystal asked what my desires were for my hair and if there were any concerns I’ve been experiencing. I shared how much it had been thinning, how dried out and fried it looked-despite not using heat on my hair for over a year. She checked my scalp for any signs of balding or weakness. She assured me everything looked healthy. We then discussed how long it had been since my last cut. Due to COVID, it had been quite awhile. My hair has also been transitioning from straight to curly since having children, therefore I hadn’t been brushing it as often in order to keep the curls. With the state my hair was in, I began that appointment thinking I’ve have to cut my beloved long hair into a pixie cut. Though cute, I wanted long curls-not a pixie. Krystal reassured me and convinced me to give my long hair another try. However, this time she recommended I come in regularly for trims and to continue to take the weight off my top layers. She also gave me some advice and tips on how to better care for my scalp and transitioning hair. We did cut off a lot of hair that day. It was old and needed to be refreshed. She also did a conditioning treatment. The combination of her work and using her tips between appointments has brought my hair back to life!! She quite honestly saved it! Sadly, Krystal moved away recently and no longer works at Salon Grace. However, In her absence I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with a couple of other stylists. Both were also exceptional! I most recently had the pleasure of having Aaron styling my hair-and let me tell you, he is phenomenal!! My hair has been growing back so slowly. While the style has been kept up well by the other stylists, I haven’t seen much growth. Aaron listened to my observations and worked accordingly. He gave my hair the micro trim it needed to main it’s health, without compromising its growth. He was also very accommodating on my desire to stretch out my appointments beyond the typically recommended amount. I can’t tell you how amazing it feels to know my hair is in the hands of such incredible stylists!! Salon Grace goes above and beyond in the quality of stylists they hire as well as the experience they give each individual client.

These guys really know hair! I went in with over processed bleach blonde hair and came out with beautiful multi/dimensional color that makes my eyes pop and looks natural (but better)! Aaron was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will be back soon! Thanks salon grace, you sure know how to make a girl feel special. 💁🏼‍♀️
