Richart Family, Inc. is highly recommended for home and apartment complex projects. They excelled at replacing windows and insulation, always keeping clients informed of the plan. They also performed excellent work on vapor covers and expertly addressed leaks. Employees are noted for their great attitudes, attention to detail, and great communication, showing up on time with a heart to help. Clients are very pleased with their respectful and professional work.
My home was built in the late 80s as part of a PUD(public urban development). It had extensive dry rot which needed to be addressed. Andrew Cole was the Project Manager and a great communicator. Casey Richart was the main contractor that I worked with. They communicated between themselves and me, any necessary changes or problems that arose due to the fact that dry rot is like an onion, you never know what you're dealing with until you begin peeling back the layers. They came to replace all the windows and insulation at the apartments and they were so great. They were so helpful and always let us know the plan as they worked. He went above and beyond to help me with my curtains and everything extra. I recommend them 100% for your house or apt complex
RichArt did a excellent job putting new vapor cover under my duplex. Looks great. They found leaks under the house in the pipes and had their Plummer right on the problem. Looks brand new.
