Look, walking in at 400+ pounds, I told them straight up: 'Don't worry, I'm not expecting miracles.'
My metabolism moves at the speed of a sloth in a coma, and my midsection holds onto fat like a grandmother clutching her purse in a bad neighborhood. I fully expected my stomach to just laugh at the laser and go back to sleep.
But then the voodoo magic happened.
After 15 minutes of Invisa-Red, I was down 1/4 inch. Do you understand how insane that is? I usually expand a quarter-inch just by smelling a pizza from three blocks away.
Then they told me I would continue burning fat for 4 hours after I left. I felt like I was cheating the system. I was literally sitting in my car, doing absolutely nothing, and technically 'working out.'
Hannah deserves a raise and a crown. She handled my skepticism like a pro, made me feel totally comfortable, and didn't judge me for a second.
