Our family lives in Vancouver Washington,Felida area. Couple years ago (9/2023) we hired Pilot Plumbing for both a waterline repair as well as a water heater replacement. Everything from scheduling to getting a bid,permitting and getting the actual work done was very much to our satisfaction. With the water heater replacement we also decided to install a whole house water filtration system. We decided to invest into the system as it is said to as a conditioner for the hard water and removes any chlorine making our appliances and especially our water heater last longer. For our most recent service call 2 years later we were able to schedule an appointment with Sophie,who answered promptly. Andrey ,our technician was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the initial purchase and advise as well as the follow up from Pilot Plumbing.
