Troy was SOO helpful. I found them on ChatGPT looking for a specific product that wasn't manufactured anymore. Troy went out of his way to track it down for me and find out it was still available. He was truly a lifesaver!

I need some kind of sun protection for my front porch as the finish is peeling on the door (7 year old house). I’m short and the roof is 10 feet tall; that eliminates many screening systems immediately and there’s no power available. Costco is running a promotion with a local company (Paulson’s). Kathy Havens came out with her bag of tricks and spent the time needed to understand the problems. She came up with something that I think will work; time will tell. Cost was more than I expected, but if my entryway gets ruined, that won’t be cheap to fix. I’m hopeful that it will work and last.
