Three stars instead of 1 because Amanda and the other girls are extremely nice and awesome. But would be 1 star because of the store managers attitude. Not sure if it’s a new policy you’re requiring people to show their eyewear before tanning, or if it’s always been a requirement but no one upheld the policy prior. But as someone who used to work at PBT, and someone whose partner has had 6 eye surgeries and understands the importance of it, policing people on their eyewear is a bit ridiculous. And if there is a policy on this, new or old, said employee needs to be trained on how to go about it with customers.
Best service ever! Have visited this location many times and never disappointed. The 2 staff members today (Jacob I believe and another with the hottest curly hair in the world) provided excellent service with a smile. Appreciate you two! Thanks
Super nice girls that were more than informative. I don't have a ton of experience with spray tanning and was looking into it to help cover some mi or scars that lost pigment. I kinda felt weird even going in to ask about it but I was greeted and felt super welcome immediately. I totally recommend this place to anyone especially guys that know nothing about tanning.Service: Spray tanning
