The location here is amazing the ladies are very friendly and helpful, my first time in Kansas was the one helping me and she was so sweet and knowledgeable took me on a tour and explained all products.
Outstanding customer service ! - these ladies are on top of there s*^t - if you are a competitive tanning business, take note, they are the most Courteous and polite, helpful girls I’ve ever encountered at a tanning salon, not to mention they walk there talk, very business oriented yet patient and kind, they are all very cute and put together and carry there self’s well - if you are looking to indoor tan, bronze or spray look no further- this is it - unbeatable prices and service highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️? I would have given 5 stars but I didn't because every time there is a deal through palm beach the employees never mention it. I have gone several times where I only got to use the deals at the end before they expired. Example they are having a 3 month special on upgrade and I didn't know about it until a month before it expires which I don't think is great customer service. Thankfully a new employee let me know about it so i could take advantage of it before going on my vacation. Besides that I enjoy getting my tans so I can keep my color and not burn on my vacations.
