While I was out of town, my wife was in an accident. I called PA Towing and within nine minutes, they were on scene. What I didn’t realize before calling PA towing was that the police had already arranged for a towing service from another provider.
While PA Towing had every justification to charge me for their time, they were very kind and waved the fee.
I cannot recommend PA Towing enough. They were on site almost immediately and provided exceptional customer service.
After over an hour of waiting and a series of frustrating auto-menu calls through my roadside assistance program, I started dialing local tow trucking companies. On the third call Pavel answered the phone and 15-minutes later he arrived and got my car to the service station before closing time. He knew his equipment, worked quickly, and was able to tell me about the service station we were going to because he knows all the local dealers. He was a delight and my day ended better than it began, thanks to his professionalism and good humor!
I highly recommend PA Towing. The person that was suppose to help me tow my van wasn't available last minute. So I gave PA Towing a call and they where able to help me out. Staff was friendly easy to work with, arrived on time and most importantly service was affordable. I am highly satisfied with there service.
