MetroWatch provides efficient and friendly services, with staff who are supportive and helpful. Their officers and vehicles are well-maintained. However, their physical location is small and cramped, which may be a concern for some individuals.
Just went through the TSA Precheck at Metro Watch in Vancouver. Got in quickly, the person who helped me was very friendly and efficient. Much better experience than the last vendor. Thanks!
Love working here! Management cares, and not like generically, but genuinely takes time out of their day to care and I’ve never seen that before. Plus pay is great, best decision I’ve made in a while!
I've worked for Metro for 3 years at a fixed site and it's time for me to move on to better things. I worked at the best site that they have and I'm thankful for that. As far as Security Companies Go. They are the same as the others. The scheduling manager usually schedules you around your schedule which is refreshing. Benefits are average. Pay is poor. Schedule varies. Just like other security companies. But with that said, Metro is the best security company I've worked for.
