Made an appointment with James to bring my car in because I thought my brakes were needing changed. They did an inspection, complete with photos and a conversation and found out I didn’t even need new pads at the time. Very honest about what they found when they went over my car and the price was great. Their team is very thorough and James was great to work with to make a plan for what I actually did need. We will definitely come back when we need any maintenance done.
This was great. I needed to tow my car somewhere on short notice late in the afternoon. I got there 5 minutes before close, but James was all over it. I left the car there, and he went above and beyond to get it done the very next day. I definitely recommend.
I recently visited Meineke for a tune-up and to diagnose a check engine light. Not only did they fix the issue quickly and efficiently, but they also went the extra mile by identifying a leak in my radiator that I hadn’t noticed. They repaired it on the spot, saving me from what could have been a much bigger problem down the road. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication really stood out. I’m so impressed with their service and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and thorough automotive care!
