I had a package deal of 10 massages with Benjamin and every time I came for a massage he would ask me in detail of how my back feels and if there are any areas he needs to work on more at that visit. Definitely see results after first couple of visits! He is a big advocate to working out and moving those muscles. He does his part as the professional and you need to do your part to keep it up and keep your back healthy.
