Penny is amazing. I have ridiculous hair with curles, sass, and everything in between. I haven't trusted my hair to be cut for years, because I'm always told "oh don't worry, I have experience with curly hair". They did not. I value how much Penny cares about her clients. The appointments are always like hanging out with a friend. She also cuts my daughter's hair. Both hair very different hair, and different personalities and they both absolutely adore Penny. Not only is her work great, she values her clients money too. Really couldn't recommend enough!
