completely ignored the multiple "no tresspassing, no soliciting and post no flyers signs" Pretty much guaranteed I will never use this company. there are multiple reasons ppl don't want anyone to knock...babies, night shift workers, immunocompromised people..etc. not to mention, it's my HOME. I don't want a stranger, who ignores my wishes trying to sell me anything. It makes people feel unsafe, especially if we say no, explain the posted signs and then the person ignores and denys that the posted signs "really mean it" and they continue the pitch.. insisting we need the service instead of just apologizing for ignoring the sign and leaving, really makes me feel unsafe in my own home. I will never use this company.
Getting a new roof is not something many of us can get excited about. Let me just say that the process was painless and the work crew left things cleaner than when they started! They were very courteous and kind. As for the admin part of it, everything happened exactly like they said, trust me I was outside inspecting the materials to make sure they were all there. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance someone was always there to answer. This is a solid crew with kind people who care. Great job LCE!
We just had Left Coast replace our roof. We have never had a contractor that was as prompt and professional, from the initial consultation to final cleanup. Carlos was as professional and charismatic as you could ever hope to have enter your property. Diane was both knowledgeable and pleasant. The delivery and installation crews were prompt and professional. We are more than happy with the value and service we received.
