I want to start off by saying this company is very responsive and accommodating. We hired L&L Carpet Care to do our living room today ( memorial day ) which I didn't think would be available, but it was and they were even 20 minutes early! ? the carpet looks great on the surface, but I vacuumed after the carpets were fully dry, this is what it still picked up... also, the carpet feels a little gummy, like it's still dirty. I'm not sure if it was just so dirty that it needs a second treatment..? I'll be hiring them again for the rest of my house and to re-do the living room.

Lonny does a great job. He is always on time and easy to work with. We have two big dogs and a hairy cat and we get the carpets cleaned every six months. The carpets are now over ten years old, but they look great when he is finished.His wife Lisa handles his calendar and office work. I usually contact them on Facebook and she gets back to me the same day.Services: Carpet steam cleaning
