J & M Services was referred to me by my HVAC company as a contractor who could install a new dryer vent in a very tight and difficult to access area. Michelle was very helpful on the phone and encouraged me to submit photos of my situation so she could give me a bid. She got back to me in one day with a detailed bid and discussed other issues that could arise so there would be no surprises. I was scheduled within two days. Eric and Ryan called ahead and showed up on time. They assessed the job and discussed the options with me.
