We hired Integrated Tax Services to file our taxes several years ago. In the contract they agreed to file all federal, state, and local taxes. During the tax preparation process they made numerous mistakes - including missing common and straightforward deductions - that would have cost us hundreds or thousands of dollars had I not caught them. Then I recently learned that I owed city and county taxes that I was not aware of, and that they did not tell me about or prepare the forms for, and because of the delay I now owe late fees. I would not work with this company again or recommend them!
