The sales team, led by Tyler, assesses residences to determine the optimal number of panels and orientation, taking into account monthly electricity use. The company offers reasonable prices, including state and federal rebates. The installation process, coordinated by Andrea, is smooth and fast, with professional roofers, solar installers, and electricians. Although there may be a delay at the start of the project, the end result is a well-installed system that looks good and works well. Customers appreciate the helpful and informative team, from the owner to the laborers, and enjoy significant savings on their monthly electric bills.
I had been researching solar for quite some time, shopping around and comparing prices here and there. One of their guys (Samson) ended up connecting with me, I always am skeptical of sales pitches and do my research on quality and price. Turns out they had all of the competitors I was researching beat! Ended up finally pulling the trigger on solar and Samson made the process easy and as smooth as possible. Price was great, customer service was phenomenal, they answered any and all questions I had with the upmost knowledge about the product and installation was a breeze. I can not recommend them more and thank you Samson!
Infinity Solar did a great job of assessing my residence for the most efficient solar panel installation. Tyler (salesperson) provided us the initial data to help setup the optimal number of panels in the best orientation, taking into consideration our monthly electricity use. The price was reasonable, and included several state/federal rebates. Andrea, the prduct manager, helped answer all our questions during the process. The installers were very professional and were able to complete the panel installations on our roof easily.
Interesting going through the reviews. I was pretty happy with Infinity Solar of Vancouver, Washington. Going into our Solar Project I was skeptical as I have heard poor opinions about Solar Companies. But Infinity Solar was great. Our sales person, Tyler Ellis was our first contact. He was very good. No shady stuff at all, just honest and straight forward. We signed with him. Now let me say that at that point there is a delay in the process. To be done right there has to be. CAD is developed, their electricians and panel installers have to look over the plans to see that it can be done right.
