Eugene Golovin completely messed up my 2018 taxes. He made mistakes on my federal return that got me fined by the IRS, and he didn’t even file my state return, which led to another fine. I’ve tried reaching out to him multiple times, but he just ignores me and hasn’t helped at all to fix the mess.Avoid at all costs.

The worse place to do your taxes at, as after you get charged for the service forget about getting a hold of the guy as he will never answer your calls and ignore them. I paid the guy for the tax service and he ended up sending it in late, now I got a penalty from IRS which is not a joke, it is his fault and he wouldn't take any actions to fix the problem or answer the phone. NEVER GOING BACK TO HIM AGAIN.!!!
