The friendly staff at the front desk adds to the positive experience. With a focus on quality and speed, Ferox Fleet Services gets customers back on the road quickly, often with parts that are not easily available elsewhere. I am reviewing this place as a driver who's company chose them to repair our trucks, so I cannot speak on prices or any aspect involving costs or payments. I can say however, everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the mechanics are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is an extremely nice facility with a customer/driver's waiting room that has comfortable seating, a TV, snacks, drinks and a nice bathroom. The yard space is big and accommodating for semi truck and trailers. They have gotten our trucks in and diagnosed problems quickly and have fixed the small issues almost immediately. They also offer shuttle service picking up and dropping off trucks.
The team at Ferox Fleet Services is professional, organized, and easy to communicate with. They make every interaction smooth and efficient and they treat their vendors as true partners rather than just contractors.
