Maintenance is prompt and reliable, and management is accommodating and kind. With a focus on comfort and convenience, Esther Short Commons is an excellent choice for those seeking a welcoming and pet-friendly community.
The property manager are very rude and will slander you in public about anything.. I have witnessed on many occasions the managers yelling at the tenants and their visitors also.. they are also making a fake fees for the tenants to pay and then pocketed the money themselves.. myself I am no longer allowed on the property property.. all because I went down to the store to get my girlfriend a pop you couldn't walk and it still can't walk too good and came back in using her key to open the front door to go back upstairs and that's why I got kicked out. Laurie and Daya are great managers! They take care of any issues quickly and efficiently and are very pleasant! The apartments are spacious and I love that they have washers and dryers in every unit. Also, conveniently located on the main floor is a gym, a coffee shop, small tattoo shop, convenience store, Teriyaki place with amazing food and my personal favorite is the bougie pet store The Civilized Wolf which only carries high quality pet products and foods and is also a groomer! And on the weekends you only need to take a few steps out the front door to enjoy the Saturday Market.
The office management is extremely responsive and caring when it comes to any issues or concerns that are brought to them, and they work promptly to assist in any issues. The maintenance men promptly respond to requests, resolve any issues, and ensure that your belongings are returned to their original placement. This is a great place to live where the management and maintenance are really there for the residents and provide adequate service. Also, the apartments are nice and the location is great.
