The office management is extremely responsive and caring when it comes to any issues or concerns that are brought to them, and they work promptly to assist in any issues. The maintenance men promptly respond to requests, resolve any issues, and ensure that your belongings are returned to their original placement. This is a great place to live where the management and maintenance are really there for the residents and provide adequate service. Also, the apartments are nice and the location is great.
My son and I recently moved in an upstairs apt. Dee and Katie were essential in this process I'm a disabled vet on housing and was denied at several apt. They went above and beyond there duty to help us get approved they even got an AC for our apt. We are eternally thankful to them both as there a godsend and helped make this transition much easier on us thank you both so much we were ready to give up. you have helped make our lives worth living again, I hope the owners or company realize how lucky they are to have people like them working here I don't know how much they make but I personally feel they deserve a raise or promotion or both. Love, love, love my apt and the staff...which is excellent to say the least. Dea, Katie, Kirk and Jasper... couldn't be better. It's a large complex next to the newly renovated Esther Short park. Lot's of perks.
