Excellent communication and service by the entire team. This includes everyone from our account executive to the people at the shipping bay when we picked up. All were very knowledgable in their job and very kind!
ePac makes our granola pouches for our company Blue Skies Bakery out of White Salmon WA. The packaging is gorgeous and when we had issues related to color matching their team was able & willing to address. Recently Albertsons/Safeway required us to provide detailed packaging chemistry information that was way beyond the scope of our company. Dave and the team at ePac went above and beyond to work directly with Albertsons/Safeway to ensure that all standards were met and all paperwork was completed. Very grateful.
This company is close to Portland, the staff is very communicative and it is not hard to reach them for questions or clarifications. It was our first time ordering custom bags and they were patient with us as we weren’t very aware of the process. I definitely recommend getting proofs done before placing an order to ensure a perfect first run! Timeline ranges from 15-20 days, definitely wish they were open on the weekends. We will be doing business with them again!
