Dr. Cole, Dr. Dodd, and staff do a fantastic job providing for the eye care needs of my family and stretching my insurance dollars to the limit. I am so happy to be back! They are so personable and focused on finding what is going to work best for me instead of cookie cutter, assembly line medical care which is sadly becoming the norm. Unfortunately, I had to change providers a number of years back due to my insurance changing, and it taught me not to take great customer service for granted.
Dr. Dodd is fabulous. Very funny but also very professional. She explains the eye pictures so that you can appreciate her in depth knowledge in words you can understand. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
