Narges K did a wonderful job handling all of the aspects of transporting my Father's remains from WA state to Southern California for burial. She is exceptionally kind, and went 'above & beyond' to meet with my Mother - at my Mother's residence - to get my Mom's signature on various documents. The entire experience went quite smoothly, with no negative surprises in either services rendered or in the cost of those services. Much of the back & forth communication was conducted remotely, as I live 1000+ miles away. Narges K made it all work, just as it was spelled out in the prearrangement documents.
