They fixed the broken fan on my old gaming laptop and replaced the thermal paste for a reasonable price...unfortunately that didn't get it running games again; but what DID, is the advice they gave me over the phone after-the-fact...after a fresh driver installation it's playing games again. Great customer service gets five stars.
