I'm extremely satisfied with Scott and his team. They are much more on top of communication and responsiveness than I am. Every communication gets followed up on immediately and every question answered. They do a great job and they make sure to close any open loops in any project or message to keep my business safe. I highly recommend them!
As a small business owner, I had about as much time to deal with IT as I had time for solicitors calling during open hours. Zero.I don't know how to keep my machines secure and I had no idea what I would do if all my data was compromised. Honestly... I just wanted to get my work done and not have to think about it.Scott and his crew at CCSI have been wonderful to work with.
