Its always good to get a few quotes when doing repairs. In my case, Bill provided a straight answer and was able to get the work done quickly. The other company did not misinform but they did not tell the whole story in the hopes to get me to hire them for the work they suggested. I was referred to CCR and was ready to give them my money. I talked with Bill on the phone and sent photos of my roof. He gave me an unofficial estimate and said he would visit my house to give an official estimate. I texted and called a few times, after a few weeks I found someone else and paid in cash. This was for an entire roof replacement 33 squares in fact. If you can get them to not flake you off I'm sure they do a fine job.
