I called one tow company they didn't even bother answering. I called Chappelle's towing they had someone out in 20 minutes at 4 in the morning. I couldn't be more satisfied with them. Also, if you need a tow truck driver you better hope they send Charile the guy was an absolute legend. Thanks again Chappelle's towing and Charlie.
Great experience on a not great day. My son’s car stranded him on the side of the highway. AAA sent our request to Chappelle’s. The driver was great at communicating his ETA, including a “5 minutes out” text. He even helped ensure I was safely able to get across the hwy (we were on the left side and needed to get to the right side). Friendly, communicative and kind. Highly recommend.
I can't rant enough about the amazing service I got from Chappell's. Very fast service for a non emergency tow and you can not beat their extremely fair price. I also have to call out Charlie who went above and beyond with our very difficult and complicated tow. He was very understanding and paitent and I could say the same for myself if I did it. Don't even bother calling another company Chappelle's is the best. PS Charlie deserves a raise and a promotion!
