I love working for CDM. My sister has worked for CDM for multiple year and she always told me I would love it. I started about a month ago and it has been great. I never imagined myself as a caregiver but it comes so naturally. The office staff is so supportive and friendly. They provide additional training as needed and removed me from a client the minute I expressed a concern of feeling uncomfortable. During my orientation, the supervisors told me that they advocate for caregivers just as much as they do for the clients and they really do. I feel valued and am so excited for my future with CDM.

My mother loves this place and so do so I ! They make my mom’s life better !!!Draya her nurse is so nice and professional ! She always keeps me updated if there is an issue !! So thankful to her and the CDM center !!!
