My partner got his windshield replaced by Cascade last year, and they did a great job. So when my auto shop told me the leak in my roof was because I needed to replace my windshield, I called Cascade. There was no damage to my windshield, and it had never been replaced before. When I explained this and a bit of the problem to the gentleman on the phone, he told me he didn't think it was likely that my windshield was the problem. He even googled some stuff while on the phone and sent me a link to a forum with other car owners dealing with the same kind of leak.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place absolutely deserves one. On 02/17 From start to finish on the phone to in person everyone is SO nice and helpful and they got me in within 30 minutes of my call. They had someone new working when I called and he was doing great and he was also learning along the way and he was very nice and professional as well. Once I arrived I was greeted warmly and I felt very welcome and I knew my car was in great hands. I got a rock chip repair done that a couple other shops refused to do but they fixed it right on up and you can’t even tell there was anything there. They were quick as well.
