For my windshield replacement, I decided to go to their shop to have the work done, Located somewhere inside an industrial type area is the roll up door to Cascade Auto Glass. Not too hard to find, but don't try to get here without GPS. The space is clean with a large single driveway/bay to fix the glass. There are a couple of non-permanent feeling offices at the back, with people making lots of calls. There's even a waiting room of sorts, all clean, pleasant and providing the basics (bottled water, coffee, tea, etc).The windshield was out and the new one in in about 30 minutes. The tech knew what he was doing and wasn't wasting anyone's time. My work was paid for by insurance (minus deductible of course), so I have no questions about their pricing, I was never upsold anything while I was there. Oh, they have wifi as well, they make a point of it with a big note on the temporary partition between the lobby and the offices. A generally great experience from Cascade Auto Glass, but the whole space feels like something needs to pop. Maybe that front facing address?
