I hired this company to wash over a poorly done job that was done by another company. I want to start off by saying they are absolutely lovely people. I got to speak to the owner as well as with the gentleman who did the washing. The worker was very professional and friendly; he went above and beyond. He made sure to get every tiny piece of carpet that he could without me asking. The carpet smells absolutely fantastic. I am happy with the results! The only complaint I have is timing. I was scheduled for 8-10 am but they didn’t show up until nearly noon and no one called to let me know. I had to call them to make sure they didn’t forget me. Candido did an excellent job on my old carpet and was very punctual. Also paid attention to details . He left the place spotless. He has good customer service and a great person to talk to.
