Buena Vista quoted me a competitive price using good materials. They are Malarkey approved which along with a specific installation allows a Malarkey warranty. This company is professional and quick. 31 squares of roofing were torn off and replaced in 3 days. All my concerns were addressed.
I contacted Buena Vista after purchasing a new home. My home inspection described the roof as near end of life and my new home insurance policy required shingle replacement before I could renew the policy for the next year. After some back and forth with Buena Vista, I opted to install an entirely new roof. I also asked them to clean the gutters and brace \u0026 sister some cracked rafters in my attic. During the inspection, they also identified the lack of flashing as a possible future problem on my detached shed. Throughout the process they were extremely patient in preparing an estimate that addressed the full scope of work I wanted completed. The price for these services was very reasonable and the overall quality of materials and workmanship seems to be of very high quality. Though I concede I am not a roofer, my brief research on the Malarkey products they use suggests they are a very reputable brand in the NW and come with a lifetime warranty instead of the usual 30 year. Their office was responsive, they started and finished the work in the exact time frame they described, and they did an excellent job of removing the debris from the old roof. Many other roofing companies I got quotes from were uninterested in doing the attic repairs, but Buena Vista went above and beyond. Highly recommended.
