They help create a comfortable atmosphere, especially during testing, and ensure students are calm and not overly nervous. The office manager is commended for their patience and assistance in signing up students and working hard for both the students and parents. The owner is also praised for their role in the business. Overall, it is a great driving school that is highly recommended.
