Caran has helped me so much. Bowenwork has relieved the tension in my upper body from sitting at a desk all day long and has completely relieved my plantaar fasciitis. I have a hard time with traditional massage because of all of the knots in my back. Bowenwork makes me feel balanced with minimal pressure. I'm so glad I found Caran.
