The Amplified renovations team delivered on exactly what we asked for, on budget, despite many hiccups associated with our kitchen’s wacky layout and our house being older. From first meeting for a bid, all the way until the project was officially completed, Scott was professional and communicative. As someone who has never done any renovation before, it can be nerve wracking to kick off such a big project. You want to make sure you’re asking all the right questions and considering every little detail about the project. Despite those initial fears, we always felt respected and considered throughout the entire process. Scott took the time to answer every question we had and I always felt comfortable to raise questions or concerns throughout the entire process. The care that the team put into ensuring trust was built early on made it so that when we ran into those inevitable hiccups (out of anyone’s control), I had full confidence that the team would find a resolution that considered our wants/needs and budget, and that’s exactly what they did. I also appreciated how direct and honest Scott was with us about what could be done within our budget and with the layout we have. And I have to highlight that Amplified delivered an estimate with completely transparent pricing, something that other companies we spoke to would not provide. This was so valuable because the cost breakdown allowed us to weigh what upgrades were really important to us and what could we push to later or fully let go of. There was a time I really felt there was no hope to have a kitchen in this house that I loved and Amplified totally proved me wrong. Overall, we’re so impressed. Scott and his team did a wonderful job on our home. We had some unexpected water issues that we discovered while 6 months pregnant. They made what was a very stressful situation much easier by quickly designing and remodeling our entire kitchen and flooring in record time.
