Requested my stylist on their website, was able to communicate what services I needed and any other special requests in the notes. My stylist, Alyson Felkel, was prompt in accepting the appointment, reminders were sent to confirm appointment, price was reasonable and Alyson did an awesome job! My curly hair is so complicated and she nailed it!

Dena listens to her customers. She wants them to be happy with their experience in her salon. She is good with all types of hair including thin and wispy like mine. Recently she styled a hairpiece for me and showed me how to wear it comfortably. She’s just the best. And her shop is cute and accessible. Im happy i found someone who cares about hair as she does. Normally not a rushed experience. But has a nice waiting area if you need to wait.

I went to Ambiance because I had tried several salons and could not find a stylist that would be honest about styles I brought in and whether they would work on my hair. I finally found an honest stylist! I am so happy with the color and style and have been told I look younger! Who doesn't want to hear that!,
