About A Bridge To Wellness
A Bridge To Wellness offers a variety of hands-on techniques, including myofascial release, certified neuromuscular therapy, positional release, and deep tissue therapy. The business values its customers and schedules each session for a full one hour of bodywork. Clients have praised the practitioner, Gary, for his exceptional skills and ability to provide relief from various health issues, such as nerve pain, chronic pain points, mobility problems, and lower back spasms. Many have found that Gary's treatments, particularly the myofascial release, have been more effective in providing lasting positive impacts compared to other forms of bodywork they have tried, such as massage, chiropractic care, and acupuncture. Clients have also noted that Gary is a caring and knowledgeable professional who stays up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. Despite the fact that the services are not covered by insurance, the rates are considered reasonable, especially when compared to the costs of other treatments that did not provide the same level of relief.
Gary is a definitely a gifted massage therapist. I could immediately tell that he has been practicing for many years. His touch was very safe and gentle. It was obvious to see he has no problem tuning into what your body needs.
Also his work so reasonably priced!
Will definitely be back:)
Gary is EXCELLENT. I’ve had a nerve pain problem. Saw four doctors who found nothing, just shrugged their shoulders. I’ve watched dozens of YouTube videos and used ChatGPT to find some answer to the daily and sometimes severe discomfort. Nothing had helped. Gary’s healing hands have given me more relief in four treatments than all the doctors and X-rays, scans, and electrical shock tests combined, none of which did anything to alleviate my symptoms. In listening to Gary, I also developed some insights that have allowed me to better understand what’s going on, thereby focusing my attention’s on things that actually help. His prices are very reasonable as well....read full review
I've had a lot of body work done over the years from massage, to chiropractor, to acupuncture. All of it has been enjoyable and helpful for a day or two after the appointment. The only thing that's had a lasting positive impact well beyond the appointment is myofascial release from Gary. This guy knows his stuff! Run (if you can, if you can't he'll help) don't walk.
