I decided to repair my 10-year-old dishwasher.
There was not any hard water damage and looks like new inside. Unfortunately, it needed a circulation pump, which is one of the more expensive parts on a dishwasher to replace, but I decided to go ahead and fix it. They ordered the part and we scheduled an appointment to come and fix it. They gave me a window of three hours, which is fine. I know how these things go, and I had to wait a little bit, but it was all worth it.
Roman, the technician was patient and was able to fix the problem and make sure there was no other problem going on - which takes time!

Thank you Alexander!!! Just wanted to share that we called Gig Harbor Appliance on 12/31 and they came the very next day, 1/1 (new years day) Alexander from UP Appliance was super professional, really nice, and knowledgeable. He got everything done super fast and even gave us some great tips for other stuff around the house. We’ll definitely be reaching out again and asking for Alexander if we need anything else done. I liked that I could get an appointment for the next day. Technician Ray explained concisely what the problem with my dryer was and also showed the parts that were worn and needed replacing. The replacement parts came quickly and he came out asap to install. Thank you for the great service.
