Lalie is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. She always knows EXACTLY what my body needs and delivers EVERY TIME. I always walk out feeling like a new woman. I hobbled in with aches and pains, but strutted out feeling rejuvenated. Laile didn't pulI any punches for sure, elbowing and digging into every bundled ball of muscles she could find. Looking forward to round two!

This is a true therapeutic massage! Lalie found where all of my muscles were tightened up and got them to release. We talked about the plan ahead so I knew where the focus was going to be. Fantastic experience, I'm definitely coming back!

Clients come in with unique pain so we treat you with a unique treatment plan. We aim to bring back your quality of life by you being able to do whatever your body has been holding you back from doing. Whether that is running a marathon or lifting up your grandbabies. We will do everything we can to get you to optimal health. Do we take insurance is a question asked often. We take car accident and work claims, accept HSA and FSA debit cards and can provide a super bill for reimbursement for those that have that option in their policies.
