Working with Steadfast was an 11 out of 10 experience. They served as the general contractor for our condominium's extensive exterior water intrusion remediation and renovation project, which took place over 11 months. From the initial planning stages through final completion, they consistently exceeded our expectations.

This is my second time using Steadfast for HOA work - previously when I lived in a 35 unit condominium complex and currently at a 10 townhouse complex. Isaiah and his team are a breeze to work with. Accountable, reliable, and overall just a joy to work with. We had painting and carpentry done to 10 units - our community is so pleased with the work. They also did work on our chimneys. The communication was always on point and there were zero surprises. We came right within budget and I highly recommend them to anyone!
Steadfast Construction is a class act. I have known and worked with them as a former Board President of our HOA, for over 8 years. This experience was personal, having my condo repaired after major water intrusion issues. Isaiah Park, General Manager, laid out the plan and handed it over to Tyler Pudists, Project Manager and Jesus, Foreman. Tyler's planning, pricing and communication was stellar! It was very difficult being out of my home for 8 weeks, however they worked tirelessly to get me in sooner and were spot on with the budget and time line.
