I have been going to different Sport Clips locations for many years and this has got to be the absolute worst I have ever been treated. I checked on the app before I left my house and it was only a 15-minute wait so I signed up and was told I needed to be there within that time frame. I hopped in the car got up there and when I walked in the door my name was up at the top with the 0 minute wait time. So I signed in and when I signed in my name went red and said that I was on Deck. There were several people in the store waiting and their names were all behind mine. A large blonde woman then came up to the register and stood there at the computer for a few minutes and then called someone else's name and someone else's name. I look up at the board and all of a sudden I'm no longer on Deck I've got a 15-minute wait. When I said something to her and said hey know I was on deck. She said no you weren't you just came in and there's two people ahead of you. When I said no I just saw my name in red on deck and I've been standing here waiting cuz I signed up online ahead of time. She was extremely rude after she had stood there and actually made the modifications herself. I will never go back to this place again. I don't know how someone with that kind of an attitude can remain working at a store where they have to deal with the public and then treat them like crap

Kerri is the best.

While my teenage boys prefer to look like alpacas and I have to take them somewhere else. I enjoy a classic clean cut and Latisha always delivers that, keeping me coming back to see her.
Kerry has done an awesome job with that location maintaining consistent stylists that continue to deliver great results!

Only place I trust to get a great haircut is this Sport Clips location with Kerri. She doesn’t miss. I appreciate the military discount offered here as well.

I went to sports clips after someone had told me they’d gotten their hair cut by Elsie. It’s hard to find somebody who can and will cut alternative styles. It’s even harder trusting a stylist when you’ve been burned before, but Elsie was a total sweetheart, and incredibly skilled. Not only was the cut incredible, but I was also told the best way to style it based on my hair texture, thickness, and density. I left a salon/barbershop feeling good about my haircut for the first time in years. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back. Definitely recommend Elsie specifically if you’re getting a more alternative hair style.

I've always gone to great clips and never very happy. Casey at Sport Clips knew what I meant and did an incredible job. Perfect amount from the sides and exactly the height I want at the top.
