What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my complete satisfaction. They patiently explained the repair process, offered valuable security advice, and even went the extra mile to ensure my peace of mind. Their expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire experience stress-free.
Tried this for the first time. The convenience of getting your keys at a kiosk and the key being saved on your profile are great, but the high cost ($9.99/key for no design) to make a standard key and charging extra to smooth them out is ridiculous. That should come standard. Keys are very 'sticky' if you don't add this feature and hard to use. Or if you're skilled enough, buff them yourself. I'd rather get my standard keys done at a hardware store next time for less cost and smoothing/buffing are included.

We recently moved into a new retail office location, and my husband had taken the one key that we got to various home-improvement stores three times but each time the key copies that we received did not work. So I decided to try the KeyMe Locksmith kiosk near us. It was easy and simple, I got a fun key design, and it works in the lock at the space! A great experience all around.
